Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations as Kitchen Manager at Pizza Ranch location, overseeing day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring high food and safety standards, training and developing back-of-house staff, delivering cravable food, and driving guest satisfaction. Build community engagement by partnering with local organizations, respond promptly to guest concerns, and report to the General Manager. Focus on creating a legendary guest experience through effective leadership, communication, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Restaurant experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- General Food Safety and preparation knowledge
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
