Kitchen Manager - Orange Beach

Kitchen Manager will oversee all kitchen operations at Sunliner Diner in Orange Beach, including staff management, scheduling, discipline and coaching; food prep, safety, quality, taste and presentation; kitchen function and maintenance; recruiting and managing kitchen staff; and ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to delegate to ensure an efficient kitchen, while managing equipment maintenance and payroll considerations.
