Job Summary
Oversee all back-of-house restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, assist with purchasing and inventory, schedule employees to meet productivity goals, evaluate staff performance, maintain cost controls and inventory accuracy, ensure health and safety compliance, train staff on recipes, products and procedures, and manage cash handling and records while upholding Dreamland standards for food quality, sanitation, and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Two-year college education preferred
- Serve-Safe Certified
- Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience
