Job Summary
Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure Opaa! standards are met, supervise and train kitchen staff, coordinate preparation and transportation of meals to satellite buildings, maintain HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP compliance, manage inventory and records, and uphold safety and quality across production and delivery while coordinating with the DNS and school districts.
