Job Summary
Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to meet Opaa! standards, ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations. Lead and train kitchen staff, supervise production, manage inventory and records (including HACCP, FIFO, and timekeeping), coordinate meal transportation to satellite buildings, and conduct daily safety and production meetings. Maintain menu adherence, supervise quality and service, and uphold Opaa!’s core values while communicating with the DNS and building principal. Ensure all duties align with safety processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, including documentation and vendor intake. Lead efforts to ensure meals are reimbursable and production records are accurate, with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
