Job Summary
Oversee daily food production and service at an assigned school site, including training kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring HACCP/ServSafe compliance, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and producing reports. Lead on-site operations in a fast-paced school kitchen, enforce policies, and coordinate scheduling within budget constraints while ensuring high-quality meals for students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Food service experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Inventory and ordering experience preferred
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
- Experience with POS systems and online reporting preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
