Job Summary
Lead daily kitchen operations by partnering with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and hospitality across all dishes. Manage team development through coaching and inspiration, while overseeing inventory, food cost control, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Monitor ticket times, drive labor efficiency, and reduce waste through proper prep and rotation. Maintain equipment, organize the kitchen, and build systems that continuously improve processes. Create an environment where team members take pride in every plate and enjoy coming to work. This role requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation based on experience and leadership capability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work around common food allergens
Desired Qualifications
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Restaurant365 (R365) experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
