Drive operational excellence by coordinating shifts, stations, and daily tasks; coach performance; uphold food safety, sanitation, and HACCP-like practices; participate in team trainings and audits; support catering and events; manage inventory, cost, and labor to meet policy and quality targets; leverage systems like Dayforce and Sysco to optimize operations; require ServSafe certification and bilingual communication to manage diverse staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Food Handler / ServSafe certification required
  • 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH experience; management experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
