Job Summary
Kitchen Manager leads BOH operations to ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and team performance. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring kitchen staff, assigning stations, coaching performance, supporting hiring and scheduling, maintaining sanitation and food safety, managing inventory and FIFO, completing daily audits, overseeing equipment maintenance, monitoring labor and food costs, and assisting with catering and special events. Requires 3-5 years in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant, bilingual in English/Spanish, and strong leadership and operational knowledge aligned with Luna Grill standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years restaurant Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 18 yrs old+ required
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco ordering, or similar systems
