Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the BOH team across Luna Grill kitchens to ensure consistent Luna Grill standards in food preparation, plating, and safety. Responsible for assigning shifts and tasks, coaching performance, and maintaining a positive, safety-focused kitchen culture. Oversee multiple stations (grill, flattop, fryer, line), ensure audits and checklists are completed, manage inventory and costs, support catering and events, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety policies. Proactively drive food quality, sanitation, and operational efficiency while leading teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH experience; management experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with systems like Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco, or similar
- Food Handler / ServSafe certification required
