Job Summary
Lead and mentor the BOH team as Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced Luna Grill kitchen. Oversee shift assignment, station rotations (grill, flattop, fryer, line), training, and performance coaching; drive food quality, sanitation, safety audits, and operational checklists; manage catering orders and events; control inventory and labor costs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety policies. Role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 3–5 years of restaurant/BOH experience with supervisory responsibility, and ServSafe certification. Compensation targets $62K–$71K annually with overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities. Located in Huntington Beach, CA with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH experience; management experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with systems like Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco, or similar
- Food Handler / ServSafe certification required
