Job Summary
Lead, train, and mentor the BOH team across Luna Grill's kitchen operations; assign shifts and stations to ensure smooth service; coach performance and support corrective actions; foster a safety-focused, professional kitchen culture; ensure Luna Grill standards in food preparation, cooking, and plating; rotate through stations (grill, flattop, fryer, line) to maintain quality; complete audits and logs; support catering orders and events; manage inventory, control labor and food costs, and ensure labor-law compliance; leverage systems like Dayforce or Sysco; ServSafe certification required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH experience; management experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Food Handler / ServSafe certification required
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
