Kitchen Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of serving and preparing all foods, assigning daily work tasks and managing break schedules to ensure a sense of urgency across the kitchen. Ensure all team members understand high-quality food standards while maintaining required records for production, inventory, and temperature logs. Preside over food service employees, lead cleaning efforts for kitchen equipment and small wares, and maintain strict sanitation checklists. Develop partnerships with the Store Manager to coach and train associates on all kitchen standards.
