Job Summary

As a Kitchen Manager in Training, you will develop leadership skills while assisting with daily kitchen operations and customer service at Parker's Kitchen. Responsibilities include conducting inventory counts, managing labor costs, enforcing safety and sanitation policies, and communicating with staff about procedures and products. This role requires at least 2 years of management experience in food service or relevant experience with Parker's, reliable transportation, and completion of food safety and skills-based certifications within specified time frames.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or demonstrated experience in food service operations with Parker's
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must have reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications

  • Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment
  • Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment

Additional Requirements

  • Kitchen Managers in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances
