Job Summary
As a Kitchen Manager in Training, you will develop your leadership skills while assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficient systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting inventory counts, managing labor costs, enforcing food safety standards, and ensuring compliance. You will communicate with team members and perform various tasks to support kitchen success. Must be able to work varied hours and shifts based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or demonstrated experience in food service operations with Parker's
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory
