As a Kitchen Manager in Training, you will assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficient operating systems, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to employee development. Key responsibilities include conducting inventory management, collaborating on labor and budget control, enforcing food safety and sanitation policies, and supporting team communication. The role requires at least 2 years of food service management experience and the ability to work flexible hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or demonstrated experience in food service operations with Parker's
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment
  • Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment

Additional Requirements

  • Kitchen Managers in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances
