Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation for Hillstone, lead and develop a culinary team, ensure high-quality plating and presentation, manage inventory and food costs to meet budget targets while minimizing waste, enforce health and safety standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performance kitchen environment. Requires strong leadership, deep culinary knowledge, and ability to maintain rigorous standards in a high-volume restaurant setting.
