Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations as Kitchen Manager for Food People Restaurant Group. Oversee all BOH activities, guide line and prep teams, manage inventory and smallware orders, maintain staffing levels, and ensure quality and cleanliness of foodservice. Build strong connections with staff, guests, and other managers, monitor labor and food costs, and ensure safety and sanitary standards. Drive operational excellence with a focus on delivering top-quality dishes and a high-energy, collaborative kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a Kitchen role
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills under pressure
- ServSafe certification is a plus
