Job Summary
Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. Lead the back of house team, hire/train/schedule and develop all back of house staff, manage food ordering/receiving, ensure high-quality food via taste plates, control food and back-of-house costs, maintain brand standards, ensure recipes are updated and followed, monitor safety/sanitation/health standards, and implement Thunderdome Restaurant Group standards to drive operational excellence.
