Job Summary
Kitchen Manager role responsible for overseeing kitchen operations at Starbird, supervising and coaching the team, executing all line duties (fryer, line cook, cashier), training new staff, ensuring compliance with food health and safety standards, maintaining plating quality per Starbird guidelines, and managing weekend/evening shifts. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in the restaurant industry with proven supervisory experience, can handle guest issues, and is capable of standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and moving within a confined kitchen space.
