Job Summary
Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring food safety, compliance, and top-notch service while managing staffing levels to achieve business goals. Work hands-on in daily operations 95% or more of the time, assigning team members to positions and enforcing company rules and policies. Provide in-the-moment coaching and training, maintain a clean restaurant, and act as a subject matter expert for hospitality and kitchen support. Manage team member breaks, run shifts by assigning personnel, and communicate effectively with guests, leaders, and team members. Work Monday through Saturday from 6:30am to 10:00pm, with flexible shifts available between 5:45am and 4:00pm, and 2:00pm and 10:45pm.
