Job Summary

Lead Back of House operations as Kitchen Manager, driving team development, coaching, and performance while owning food cost, safety, and quality. Maintain floor presence to guide Team Members and Leaders, analyze inventory and usage to influence daily production, and empower Shift Leaders and Specialists to own system-wide results. Conduct candidate interviews, collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and auditors, and communicate outcomes in weekly leadership meetings with Directors and Operators. Foster an environment that supports growth, accountability, and a positive, high-performance culture through clear expectations, goal setting, and ongoing feedback. Fluent English and Spanish preferred to support diverse team and guest experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Availability during all dayparts including evenings and Saturdays
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
  • 1-3+ years restaurant BOH/Kitchen leadership with demonstrated results
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team
  • Ability to manage food cost, safety, and quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Interviewing and staffing capabilities
  • Ability to analyze inventory and usage reporting
  • Commitment to customer service and brand standards
