Job Summary
Kitchen Manager responsible for leading and supervising a high-volume kitchen at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation and presentation to meet brand standards, enforcing food safety and sanitation regulations, training and developing kitchen staff, managing inventory and costs, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and coordinating with front-of-house for peak hours. Requires a minimum of two years’ kitchen management experience, strong leadership, and a focus on hospitality and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong shift management abilities
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
