Job Summary
Kitchen Manager Assistant responsible for back-of-house kitchen functions, coordinating workflow, preparing prep lists, and executing menus and food programs to Busch’s quality standards; train kitchen staff, manage inventory and cost control, ensure food safety and sanitation, assist Deli/Bakery Manager, and support guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year management experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook and/or sous chef
- Food safety certification
- Proficient organization and planning skills
- Proficient cleaning abilities
- Proficient communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and email
- Formal culinary training preferred
