Kitchen Manager

Lead prayer, engage in religious instruction, and minister to BKATC students and live-in staff during scheduled sessions and campus events. Prepare healthy meals, create menus for dietary needs, and serve food while maintaining a clean kitchen that meets state standards. Order supplies, manage inventory, and work with other departments to comply with regulations and TCUSA Accreditation Standards. Supervise staff, mentor residents, and administer discipline as required by policy. This role reports to the Food Services Manager and includes on-campus housing, PTO, and holiday benefits.
