Job Summary
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all back-of-house operations in a vintage-inspired coffee shop, ensuring exceptional food quality and staff management while maintaining health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in a kitchen management role, such as Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and BOH operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- A valid ServSafe Certification or equivalent food handler's certification is required
