Job Summary
Maintain the facility through preventative and corrective general maintenance, including cleaning fryers, grease drains, and deep cleaning behind kitchen equipment and floor drains. Perform general cleaning and upkeep such as sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, and maintaining grounds, while executing minor repairs like replacing light fixtures, fixing leaky faucets, and patching drywall. Operate hand and power tools safely, complete work orders, and log time and materials. Notify management concerning major repairs to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Follow all safety rules and identify hazards. Work the 4am-12pm Mon-Fri shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply technical material, schematics, and blueprints
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
