Job Summary
Operate cooking equipment including ovens and kettles to produce sauces in open kettles, verify and measure ingredients, monitor time and temperatures, and prepare products for cooking. Maintain food safety and sanitation per GMPs; use pallet jack and other equipment to move materials; communicate pertinent information to Supervisor; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; work 40 hours per week on the 2nd shift in a plant environment; adhere to safety procedures and environmental protocols; physical requirements include standing, walking, frequent lifting, and operating heavy loads as specified.
Required Qualifications
