Job Summary
Kitchen Line - Sauté role at Perry's in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities include cooking and garnishing items per recipe within the standard time frame, using a wide variety of cooking techniques to prepare meats, fish, vegetables and other foods in accordance with restaurant manuals and instruction from Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment. Plate all food items in accordance with guest orders and company specifications. Keep workstation utensils and equipment clean and sanitized throughout the day. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers. On-site position with flexible schedules and opportunities for training and advancement.
