Job Summary

Kitchen Line - Sauté role at Perry's in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities include cooking and garnishing items per recipe within the standard time frame, using a wide variety of cooking techniques to prepare meats, fish, vegetables and other foods in accordance with restaurant manuals and instruction from Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
