Kitchen Line Cook responsible for following established recipes and presentation specifications, using station equipment properly, preparing and plating food hygienically and promptly, assisting with cleaning and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, and handling additional duties as requested by Chefs or Managers. Requires basic cooking duties, food handling, sanitation, and a team-focused, professional work ethic to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
