Broiler cook at Perry's responsible for following established recipes, maintaining station equipment, preparing and plating food to specification, ensuring hygienic and timely execution, handling raw produce and meats per food safety standards, assisting with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and walk-in coolers, and performing additional duties as requested by Chefs/Managers in a dynamic, professional, team-based environment. On-site role with flexible schedules and opportunities for training and advancement.
