Job Summary
Lead a Chick-fil-A restaurant team to achieve high-volume operational excellence and superior guest service. Responsibilities include opening/closing, leading shifts, coaching and developing team members, training new hires, count drawers, and ensuring an engaged, service-driven culture. Must demonstrate excellent communication, eye contact, a smile, reliable transportation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and accountability. Required Qualifications
