Job Summary
Support, train, and coach team members to consistently produce delicious food for customers. Take ownership of shift operations as the primary eyes and ears for back-of-house performance alongside Managers. Gain relevant skills and knowledge that lead to management opportunities through our Training Academy. This role requires previous supervisory experience and a passion for food and customer service. Schedule includes weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour after initial training.
