Support, train, and coach team members to consistently produce delicious food for customers. Take ownership of shift operations as the eyes and ears for back-of-house activities alongside Managers. Gain supervisory skills and knowledge through our Training Academy to prepare for future management opportunities. This role offers an hourly rate of £13.75 to £14.95, inclusive of a weekly mystery shopper bonus. Staff receive free food during shifts and a 50% discount when not working. Additional earnings include £5 for working between 3am and 5am and up to £200 for successful friend referrals. Over 85% of Managers started as Team Members, with access to Level 3 Apprenticeships.
