Job Summary
Champion hospitality by creating a welcoming environment and actively participate in service to exemplify standards. Oversee product preparation, presentation, and service while conducting walk-throughs to monitor station quality, production status, and ingredient supply. Manage food, waste, and labor costs to achieve profitability goals through inventory counts and expense monitoring. Train and supervise culinary team members on skills and techniques, execute staff schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene regulations, and company policies. Maintain repairs and preventative upkeep for the building, facility, and grounds. Work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of progressive sophisticated-casual culinary experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in a comparable, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to motivate others and inspire a positive team environment
- A strong attention for detail and commitment to upholding high standards
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Iron clad integrity, sound decision making ability, and analytical mindset
- Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, per the needs of the business
