Job Summary
Lead production on the wood-fired line: cook-to-order, maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards, train and coach BOH team to ensure smooth shifts and that every plate leaves the kitchen with pride. Support growth initiatives (brunch, elevated lunch offerings, ghost-kitchen volume, late-night events) and collaborate with the Manager and owners to hit labor efficiency, food cost, and quality goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous kitchen leadership or line cook experience preferred
- Passion for quality food and guest service
- Ability to lead under busy service in an open kitchen
- Team-first mindset and accountability
- Ability to train and coach BOH team
