Job Summary
Ensure superior quality of food and service to guests by preparing dishes following Lolita's recipes and standards. Oversee kitchen operations to maintain the authentic, handcrafted Mexican food quality that has earned four consecutive Golden Medallion Awards. Work nights and weekends in a high-volume kitchen environment, reporting to the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Required Qualifications
