Kitchen & Laundry Technician

Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and exhaust systems to premium operational standards. Maintain and service laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steamers, and ironers to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules to minimize equipment downtime and respond promptly to urgent repair requests from kitchen and housekeeping departments. Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate with specialized vendors for complex repairs, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment service history for audit and compliance purposes. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment when required while keeping the maintenance workshop clean and organized. Requires minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Hotel brand, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work in English and Arabic.
