Job Summary
Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to provide shift leadership in the kitchen, assist with pre-shift huddles, perform opening and closing procedures, support the Manager-on-Duty, communicate effectively with staff and guests, ensure safety and health standards, achieve operational directives, and help the team meet targets. Requires at least 2 years of restaurant experience in a casual dining setting and strong skills in decision-making, delegation, coaching, communication, and organizational planning.
Required Qualifications

- Must be dependable & have drive to succeed
- Working experience in a casual dining atmosphere
- Background screening required
