Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival to the breakfast area, managing seating flow to ensure availability and positive circulation. Assist guests with seating, dietary considerations, or questions regarding offerings and amenities while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand. Communicate clearly with kitchen and hotel team members about volume or service concerns, and proactively address guest needs or complaints. Support peak service periods by assisting with light resets, clearing tables, or directing flow as needed. Work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment following all food safety and workplace guidelines.

- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the breakfast and public areas for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a guest-facing role with frequent interaction and moderate noise levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working in breakfast service or food & beverage environments.
- Familiarity with Hyatt Place service standards a plus.
- Knowledge of the local Fort Worth area to assist guests when needed.
