Job Summary
Assist chefs in preparing dim sum and other menu items, including washing, cutting, portioning ingredients, and supporting daily mise en place. Perform basic cooking tasks such as steaming, pan-frying, and deep-frying under guidance while maintaining kitchen hygiene, cleaning tools, and ensuring proper ingredient storage and waste disposal. Support kitchen opening and closing duties and adhere strictly to food safety standards. Work shifts including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a Chinese or dim sum kitchen is an advantage.
