Job Summary
Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items; clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and storage areas; receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards. Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit. Handle loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs) in this physically demanding, fast-paced environment requiring extended standing and attention to detail. Own transportation is required as public transit is available. High school graduation is the minimum education requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset or equivalent experience
- Criminal record check
- Own transportation
