Job Summary
Sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand or automatic dishwasher. Wash pots, pans, and trays. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces and equipment. Dispose waste into designated areas. Work requires standing or walking for the duration of the shift and the ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly. Knowledge of proper chemicals and techniques is necessary. Obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications.
