Job Summary
Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients; maintain clean and organized workstations; support FIFO receiving, storing, and rotation of food items; help set up and replenish ingredients for kitchen operations; uphold HACCP and hygiene standards; dispose of waste, wash/sanitize utensils, support during meal service and events; report equipment malfunctions and stock shortages; follow health, safety, food safety, and environmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school education preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
