Job Summary
Service, maintain and install Kitchen Fire Suppression systems across the UK, ensuring work meets industry standards and company procedures. Accurately complete job paperwork and support administration, stock and van management. Deliver excellent customer service, potentially upsell additional products, and uphold professionalism and confidentiality. Travel throughout the UK including overnight stays when required, participate in an on-call rota, and support wider projects. Training and development opportunities are provided to build specialist skills within a growing fire safety business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience servicing, maintaining or installing kitchen fire suppression systems
- Knowledge of portable fire extinguisher servicing and installation to British and European standards (advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to complete reports and administrative tasks
- Flexible and proactive approach; willing to travel and stay away from home
- Participation in on-call rota and ongoing training and development
