Job Summary
Back-of-house kitchen team member needed to perform daily kitchen operations and coordinate with dining room and bar staff to meet guests' needs. Responsibilities include executing recipes to a high standard, maintaining OSHA/HACCP-compliant sanitation, ensuring sanitary practices for food handling, and supporting cost and safety goals. Must work closely with managers and FOH staff, possess strong culinary skills, adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend, with in-person work in Nashville, TN. Starting pay range: $18-$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
