Job Summary
Expeditor ensures our Crooked Hammock quality and presentation of dishes, acting as the bridge between front and back of the house. Responsibilities include assisting with presentation and assembly of dishes, maintaining knowledge of ingredients, restocking the line, communicating with staff and guests, coordinating with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and timely ticketed delivery, reading tickets, and keeping the line calm and efficient. The role emphasizes guest care, hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly under pressure to deliver accurate, well-presented dishes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests
- Must be clean, organized and able to project his or her voice
- Must be quick and deliberate
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
