Job Summary
Overnight, hands-on cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, fans, and related components. Work from rooftops and inside exhaust systems using pressure washers and specialized equipment; install access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems. Provide professional customer service on job sites, collaborating with a safety- and quality-focused team in fast-paced environments. Paid training and certification opportunities, with internal growth and advancement paths. Must be comfortable with physical labor, working overnight, and heights; prior labor, cleaning, construction, roofing, or mechanical experience is a plus.
