Job Summary
Direct and oversee daily kitchen operations at Chick-fil-A in Tampa, leading back-of-house staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsible for inventory management, cost control, labor management, and collaboration with front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Coach and develop team members, uphold brand values, and drive operational excellence through KPI-focused performance, compliance with health regulations, and continuous improvement. Requires ServSafe certification and proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment; compensation includes leadership responsibilities, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification required
- Previous restaurant experience with a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control and kitchen organization
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with Chick-fil-A's brand and values is desirable
