Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family

Job Summary
Design and sell kitchen and bath spaces for commercial multi-family projects from measurement to delivery. Collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.), identify sales opportunities, conduct site measurements, create designs, and secure final sales. Requires a design background, proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and quote accurately. Proficiency in 20/20 and Microsoft Office, plus the ability to read blueprints and present effectively. This role offers salary plus commission with opportunities for growth within Carter Lumber's Commercial Multi-Family Division, and includes benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi‐family developers, general contractors, and project teams
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
- Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi family environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
- Strong math skills for quoting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
